This was the most songs we’ve worked on together at once, and through the process I feel like I got a better understanding of his perspective as an engineer. He brings a super dope sound palette to the table, and brings out the emotion in all the right ways!”  – Amal B (mal sounds)

  • “This is my first Sound Better mixing job and Micah exceeded expectations. I provided stems and a couple influences for reference, along with my rough mix. Micah’s ear for detail is exceptional. He took a busy song and gave every track it’s own home, skimming off the fat so the heart of the song shines. Here’s a professional mixer without the “look at my famous credits” price markup.” – Joel Stanton

  • “Micah is awesome! In addition to doing a stellar job of mixing and mastering (which he kills btw!) he’s also full of knowledge and creative ideas when asked for them. He mixed and mastered a recent track of mine; brought it from dry and flat to big, warm, and full. Also he was very communicative and took the time to understand what I was aiming for with the final product. I highly recommend Micah if you’re looking for fast, reliable, and highly professional sounding mixes!” – Levi Downey
  • “I hit Micah up for mastering on my new single (an indie pop / synth style track). The results were impressive. He breathed life in to the duller parts of my mix using an artist of my choosing for reference. That extra magic has my song sounding much more professional with stronger low end, cleaner mids, and crisp highs. Can’t go wrong with his rates and quick turnaround!” – Joel Stanton
  • “I asked Micah to mix a single for my band. He was a perfect combination of transparency and accentuating what he appreciated about the track. Having sung my own vocals, I used to get that “Cringe” feeling when listening back. After Micah mixed them, I now enjoy listening to my own voice a lot on this song!” – Erik B (Suites)
